Summer of Slow Travel

sorry.  Interrupted by dinner too– went to a pub, felt very American–except LOTS to potatoes options-French-fried, roasted, spicey-roasted and American baked. But we had 4 great steaks, salad and 6 beers for 60$.  Not what we are used to in CAlif.

This church was a NEO-Gothic.  (I’m serious!).  The Gothic look you saw yesterday was 1500.   This was built in 1850 to LOOK like 1500.   I still loved it

They paint the church walls here and in Poland…I haven’t seen that before.  The picture above is a close up.
