Today made us remember why we fell in love with it.
One of my favorite delights when we travel is to see the interpretation of “American” food. I love the energy of someone trying and the cross cultural expression that occurs. I ordered Avocado toast with tomatoes. It was GREAT with the pickled cabbage (?) on the side!
