Summer of Slow Travel

That’s what Karen calls shopping when we are on the Catamaran! Today we wandered over to the “real” (as opposed to tourist) neighborhood..literally a 5 minute walk. And found amazing food.

If you have not heard my rant about America’s industrial agriculture complex please ask me for it next time you see me. Madrid had 6 million people. Is surrounded by family farms. And this is how they eat:

Fresh. Likely lower pesticides. And reasonably priced.
