Summer of Slow Travel

Back on our bikes to the Danish Design Museum.

My favorite exhibit was a fashion designer who was commissioned to make an outfit for different areas of Denmark. Click here to see better pictures and, if you are interested in the artistic process watch the video in the end. I loved it.

One example was

This town the women would embroider their names on clothes before they turned them in to the thrift shop. So he put that on the back of their dress

And this was for the town that makes Legos. The pieces can be added and subtracted.

It was a fun way to be introduced to the different areas of Denmark, as well.
