After we left OKC we decided to see if we could drive long days…but this time we stop for an hour at lunch. We logged some miles!!
In Albuquerque the lodgings were looking a little sad until we saw Los Poblamos Organic Farm, Restaurant and Resort. So beautiful, (had a pool) and great food.
Then last night in Needles (oh dear) we lucked on Topock 66— It looks like it is CRAZY in the summer (waitress said she would make $800/afternoon). But just a few locals last night.
it was a great trip AND we are ready to be home, LOVE Barbara
