2026–Our Bi-annual Road Trip..

There is nothing better then a day on a boat!

So relaxed and happy. Off to RIBS tonight.

AND I am reading an old Series of Fantasy Fiction–I think that may be my favorite vacation reading.

PS–Someone asked why we love Fargo so much. We went there because it had the best Jewish Delicatessen we had ever eaten at. But.. the chef (semi-finalist for a James Beard Award) cooked while her husband ran the restaurant. He fired someone in 2024 and “dropped a f-bomb” then the waitress’s friend got upset and the husband gestured threateningly with an ice scrapper while trying to get the guy to leave and they shut down the Deli permanently the next day.

But we still love it. The Air is so clear. The people so friendly. It has a struggling (but fun) downtown. Maybe we lived there in another life. It has some diversity, and a University, so students. It just tickles our fancy!
