2026–Turkey and Sicily

Italy feels like home

I gues it makes sense, we did live in Sardinia for 2 years.

But coming back feels so comfortable. AND Catania has blossomed since we were here 2 years ago. The city “fathers” seem to have embraced tourism BIG TIME! Whole blocks of buildings have been cleaned…More streets are closed to car traffic and it is just a fun time here.

And we are staying in our favorite hotel. Here is some of the art

And our day today:

Off to Syracusa tomorrow. We pick up a rental car and will be driving! Prayers are appreciated!
