I discovered the Wisconsin Museum of Fiber Arts on our trip 4 years ago. And was SO impressed. It is in a renovated barn.

Both inside and outside you still feel the barn.

The exhibit was an artist who makes Hook Rugs and had made rugs of important women in her life over the last 13 years. This was the first time they were exhibited together. Each on had an extensive biography, usually written by her daughter (one was written by a daughter-in-law!). So special.

Max says we need to stop by every time we are in Green Lake.
